  Called Janesville yesterday said that they had three batteries for my car. Drove there None in stock. They found battery for me a O'REILLY Was charged for it at F&F. Picked up at closing got home found it to rebuild battery with no warranty. Called the next day had three in stock again never fixed inventory. Took 30 minutes for them to figure out and call Watertown to actually check to shelf. Verified drove there battery. No customer service what so ever. Took 20 minutes to get receipt for battery plus core. Got battery after driving 25 miles one way to Janesville than to Watertown 32 miles each way. Now have to drive back to Janesville again 25 miles one wat to take back a not knowing rebuilt battery from O'Reilly that F&F got for me and charged me for. No warranty was given by O'Reilly. Glade I saved $30 to not buy in town to drive that much over 100 miles these stores are becoming a joke. Keep hiring teenage kids and you will end up out of business. This place has become a joke!!!!!!!! I am so sad. You have lost my business!! :(
